I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms offered a beautiful view over the lake with a lovely balcony, they were not as clean as I would have liked, with plenty of dust on the balcony and furniture. The access to a small fridge in the room was convenient, but overall, they need a little touch up. On the upside, the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. However, dining options were disappointing with very minimal choices. The service was efficient, especially in the conservatory dining room, but there was a lack of willingness to accommodate requests. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel's efficiency and prime location are noteworthy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything you'd want to see, with stunning views of the sunrise over Lake Maggiore.
