Hotel Milan Speranza Au Lac Stresa, Stresa

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms offered a beautiful view over the lake with a lovely balcony, they were not as clean as I would have liked, with plenty of dust on the balcony and furniture. The access to a small fridge in the room was convenient, but overall, they need a little touch up. On the upside, the location was perfect, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. However, dining options were disappointing with very minimal choices. The service was efficient, especially in the conservatory dining room, but there was a lack of willingness to accommodate requests. Despite its shortcomings, the hotel's efficiency and prime location are noteworthy.

My stay at the hotel was incredible! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, with a lovely lake view and balcony where I could enjoy the superb views over the lake. The staff was very nice and understanding, and the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the ferry station. The dining experience was fine, but a bit limited in options. Overall, a fantastic experience with great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything you'd want to see, with stunning views of the sunrise over Lake Maggiore. The rooms were cozy and clean, but sound insulation could be improved. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at every turn. Dining was a highlight, especially the outstanding breakfast. The facilities were excellent, including access to a lovely pool at the sister hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were small but didn't bother me much, and they had thin walls. The attached Bar/Café had the best views over the Lake. The staff welcomed me warmly each time I returned, making me feel appreciated throughout my week-long stay.
